THEOPETRA ESTATE WHITE /0,75 LT

Organic wine made from grapes of the Greek varieties Malagouzia and Assyrtiko.

Prefermentative maceration and alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures offer a wine with bright lemon-green color, fresh aromas of pineapple, mango, tangerine and peach, sweet aromas of biscuit and hints of fresh mint.On the palate, it is characterized by refreshing acidity, round body, fresh fruity flavors and long herbal finish.

Paired well with fish and seafood, salads, white meat, fruits or drunk on its own.

THEOPETRA ESTATE ROSE /0,75 LT

Organic wine made from grapes of the Greek Thessalian variety Limniona and the international Syrah.

 
Prefermentative maceration and alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures give the wine an intense rosy color, intense fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry and sweet aromas of black-currant jam, caramel and vanilla.On the palate, the wine is soft and round with balanced acidity, intense flavors of fresh  red fruit and herbal minty finish.
 
Paired with pasta with tomato sauce, pizza, fruit salads and desserts with chocolate and red fruits. It can be pleasantly consumed on its own as an aperitif.
THEOPETRA ESTATE RED /0,75 LT
Made from organically grown grapes of the Greek Thessalian variety Limniona.
 
Controlled fermentation and aging in French oak barriques for 12 months give the wine, deep garnet color, fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry, sweet aromas of quince paste and dried figs and spicy aromas of cinnamon, cloves and white pepper. On the palate, it is soft and round with balanced acidity, silky tannins, sweet, spicy flavors and a long smooth finish.
 
Served with traditional Greek cuisine dishes, tender red meat and desserts with fruits and nuts.
THEOPETRA ESTATE MALAGOUZIA /0,75LT

Organic single-vineyard wine made from grapes of the Greek variety Malagouzia. 

Vineyard: Mavrangelos 13-17% slope near Meteora Rocks at 280m/919ft altitude. 
Soil: Calcareous clay Subsoil: Slate 
Mesoclimate: Continental with a balancing influence of Pindos Mountains and Pineios River. Characterized by rainy, cold winters, sunny, hot and dry summers and high diurnal temperature range. 
Yield: 28hL/ha 
Harvest:
2nd week of August 
Vinification: 
Prefermentative maceration for 6-8 hours and pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tank and oak casks. Aging on the lees for 40 days. 

Tasting notes: Wine with bright lemon-green color, aromas of bergamot and grapefruit, floral of lemon blossoms and hints of lemon verbena. On the palate, it is round with zesty acidity and a long mineral finish. 
Enjoy with: Fish, seafood and white meat. 
Aging potential: 
Keep for 1-5 years

THEOPETRA ESTATE ASSYRTIKO /0,75LT

Organic single-vineyard wine made from grapes of the Greek variety Assyrtiko. 

Vineyard: Fournos 10-15% slope in prehistoric Theopetra Cave foothills at 260m/850ft altitude. 
Soil: Sandy clay with limestone presence Subsoil: Slate 
Mesoclimate: 
Continental with a balancing influence of Pindos Mountains and Pineios River. Characterized by rainy, cold winters, sunny, hot and dry summers and high diurnal temperature range. 
Yield: 33hL/ha 
Harvest:4th week of August 
Vinification:
Prefermentative maceration for 6 hours and pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tank and oak casks. Aging on the lees for 40 days. 
Tasting notes:
Wine with bright lemon-green color, aromas of lemon and lime, tropical fruits aromas like passion fruit and hints of orange leaf. On the palate, it is round with zesty acidity and a long mineral finish.                                                                                                                                Enjoy with: Fish, seafood and white meat.

THEOPETRA ESTATE XINOMAVRO ROSE /0,75LT

Organic single-vineyard wine made from grapes of the Greek variety Xinomavro. 

Vineyard: 
Platanos 5-10% slope at prehistoric Theopetra Cave foothills at 230m/755ft altitude. 
Soil: Sandy clay Subsoil: Slate 
Mesoclimate: Continental with a balancing influence of Pindos Mountains and Pineios River. Characterized by rainy, cold winters, sunny, hot and dry summers and high diurnal temperature range. 
Yield:
37hL/ha 
Harvest: 3th week of September 
Vinification: Prefermentative maceration for 4 hours and free-run juice partial draining (saignée method). Fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperatures. Aging on lees for 40 days. 
Tasting notes: Wine with pale salmon-pink color, intense fruity aromas of pink grapefruit, white peaches and raspberries. On the palate, it is round and aromatic with botanical finish.                      Enjoy with: Seafood, dishes with tomato sauce and charcuterie.                                                        Aging potential: Keep for 1-3 years

THEOPETRA ESTATE 24 RED /0,75 LT + 1.5LT

METEORA PGI

Organic wine for long aging made from grapes of the international varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Vineyard selection with low-yielding old vines. 

Harvest: 1st- 2nd week of September 
Vinification:
 Fermentation in French oak vats and aging in 200% new tight-grain French oak barriques for 24 months and bottle aging for another 24 months. 

Tasting notes: Opaque purple color with violet highlights, fruity aromas of blackberry, black-currant, spicy aromas of black pepper, chocolate, sandalwood and hints of caramel. On the palate, it is vigorous with velvet tannins, multilevel flavours of berries, coffee, sweet spices and a long complex aftertaste.                                                                                                                        Enjoy with: Wild game, smoked charcuterie and cheese. 
Aging potential:
 Keep at least for 5-15 years

THEOPETRA EDENIA SPARKLING ROSE /0,75 LT

Organic vintage sparkling wine from grapes of the Thessalian variety Limniona. 

Harvest: 3rd week of September 
Vinification: Prefermentative maceration for 8 hours (saignée method). Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel Charmat tanks and aging on the lees for 18 months. 
Tasting notes:
Vivid rosy pink color with violet highlights, fruity aromas of strawberry and raspberry, sweet aromas of vanilla and botanical hints of spearmint. On the palate, it is expressed with creamy bubbles, red fruit flavors and a butter cookie aftertaste. 
Enjoy with: Seafood, charcuterie and desserts. 
Aging potential: Keep for 2-7 years.

THEOPETRA EDENIA SPARKLING WHITE /0,75 LT

Organic vintage sparkling wine from grapes of the Greek variety Malagouzia. 

Harvest: 2nd- 3rd week of August 
Vinification: 
Prefermentative maceration for 6-8 hours and gentle pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel Charmat tanks and aging on the lees for 18 months. 
Tasting notes: Bright lemon-green color with, fruity aromas of lemon and bergamot and herbal notes of lemon verbena. On the palate, it is expresed with creamy bubbles, lime zest and brioche flavors and roasted-almond after taste. 
Enjoy with: Fish, seafood and finger food. 
Aging potential: Keep for 2-7 years.
